Week of 4/20: Shipping in Public
By Kevin Jordan
Week of April 20th — What I Shipped
A quick rundown of what I built, improved, and launched this week across my public tools, client projects, and personal experiments.
---
Public Tools & Services
Riplane got two meaningful updates this week: tooltips are now live on all data points in the free tier (so new users can actually understand what they're looking at), and the Linear integration is finalized — something a number of users have been waiting on.
Keyword Operative received a round of SEO audit improvements alongside some SEO work on the product itself. Also put time into SEO updates on the KevJord website.
Apply Operative hit a milestone: the beta is officially launched.

Client Work
Delivered three new client websites this week. One shipped with a 92 SEO score out of the gate. The other two are in the client feedback loop.
On the tooling side: shipped two internal tools for a client — one that compresses a 60-minute task down to under a minute, and another that saves each team member 10 minutes every day. Small numbers, big compounding value.
Also currently dogfooding a Board Meeting Minutes tool — this one will be publicly available once it's proven out internally.

Personal Projects (Kintsugi Trader)
Two updates on the trading agent side:
Mirai (Futures, v0.1) is built and starts paper trading tomorrow after squashing some API bugs. Early days. Kintsugi Trader O (Options) had a rough week — fixed a misconfiguration that had been quietly causing losses. Currently sitting at ~$3.5k down in paper money. Lessons learned, moving forward.
