How GetFound by KevJord collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. Information We Collect

When you fill out the GetFound inquiry form, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, city, and any message you include. We also collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics 4, including pages visited, approximate location, and device information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare a project proposal, communicate about your project, improve the GetFound website, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Google Analytics

GetFound uses Google Analytics 4 to measure website traffic. GA4 data is processed by Google subject to Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

4. Google Business Profile

For Full Visibility clients, KevJord manages your Google Business Profile on your behalf. Your profile remains owned by you. KevJord access is revoked upon cancellation.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with Mailjet (for email delivery), Google (analytics and Business Profile), and when required by law.

6. Your Rights (California Residents)

California residents have the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale of personal information under CCPA. Email contact@kevjord.com with subject "Privacy Request" to exercise these rights.
