These terms apply to the GetFound website and local SEO services provided by KevJord LLC.

1. Services

GetFound offers three packages: Launch Site ($350 one-time), SEO Boost ($50/month), and Full Visibility ($75/month).

2. Ownership of Deliverables

GetFound is a work-for-hire service. Once payment is received in full, you own your website content, domain name, and Google Business Profile. KevJord retains proprietary templates, frameworks, and internal tooling.

3. Payment Terms

Launch Site payment is due in full before build work begins. Monthly packages are billed monthly. There are no hidden fees or setup costs.

4. Revisions

The Launch Site package includes two rounds of revisions. Monthly SEO work is ongoing with no formal revision limit.

5. Cancellation

No long-term contracts. Cancel monthly services at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing month. The Launch Site fee is non-refundable once build work has begun.

6. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

GetFound relies on Google Business Profile, web hosting providers, Google Search, and domain registrars. KevJord is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account issues caused by third-party platforms.

7. No Ranking Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific search ranking positions or Google Maps placement. Rankings depend on factors outside any agency's full control.
