Terms of Use

These terms apply to GetFound websites, managed hosting, and optional SEO subscriptions provided by KevJord LLC.

1. Services

GetFound offers a $500 one-time Launch Site plus required managed hosting: Listed ($10/month, up to 1,000 monthly visitors and 1 GB storage), Found ($20/month, up to 10,000 visitors and 5 GB), Chosen ($40/month, up to 50,000 visitors and 20 GB), and Pro (custom pricing above the standard capacity guidelines or for sustained processing, background jobs, AI workloads, or unusual infrastructure). Visitor and storage amounts are normal-use guidelines, and standard tiers assume normal website compute. Clients are contacted before tier changes.

Optional ongoing SEO is separate from hosting. SEO Boost is $100/month and includes monthly keyword improvements, local-search content updates, technical SEO monitoring, and reporting. Full Visibility is $150/month and includes SEO Boost plus Google Business Profile setup and management, review response strategy, Google Maps optimization, and local citation building.

2. Ownership of Deliverables

GetFound is a work-for-hire service. Once payment is received in full, you own your website content and finished pages. Listed, Found, and Chosen clients purchase and own their domain separately. A domain is included with Pro only when stated in writing. KevJord retains proprietary templates, frameworks, and internal tooling.

3. Payment Terms

Launch Site payment is due in full before build work begins. Managed hosting is billed monthly and begins before launch. SEO Boost and Full Visibility are optional, billed monthly, and charged separately from hosting. Hosting includes infrastructure, critical security updates, and uptime measurement, but not general maintenance, content changes, SEO, or marketing.

4. Revisions

The Launch Site package includes two rounds of revisions. Managed hosting does not include design, content, feature, or general maintenance revisions. SEO subscriptions are ongoing, and clients can request adjustments to the next month's approach.

5. Cancellation

No long-term contracts. Managed hosting and optional SEO subscriptions can be cancelled independently at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. Cancelling SEO does not cancel hosting. Cancelling hosting takes the website offline unless replacement hosting or a transfer is arranged. The Launch Site fee is non-refundable once build work has begun.

6. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

GetFound relies on Google Business Profile, web hosting providers, Google Search, and domain registrars. KevJord is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account issues caused by third-party platforms.

7. No Ranking Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific search ranking positions or Google Maps placement. Rankings depend on factors outside any agency's full control.
