Trust as a Function

Trust = f(Clarity, Agency, Alignment)

Why this exists

Trust is not a feeling we hope for. It's an output we design for. This doctrine describes how KevJord approaches trust — not as a soft commitment, but as a functional property of every system, relationship, and decision we make.

The Core Idea

Trust is operational, not emotional. It is the result of three inputs: Clarity (people know what to expect), Agency (people have real choices), and Alignment (our incentives match theirs).
